An inspired meeting of flamenco performers from US, Canada & Europe share their song, dance, guitar and rhythms with the Salt Spring community in a traditional cuadro (live music ensemble) with contemporary flavours and plenty of spice. Jump aboard this flamenco train carried by the precision of Davide Sampaolo on cajon while dancers Monique Salez & Kasandra “La China” awaken the earth with their furious feet and carry the potent voice of Vicente Griego and brilliant guitar of Gareth Owen skyward with the wind of their skirts and the strength of their arms.
