When you become a member of ArtSpring you let us and granting agencies know that you share the vision of our Island Arts Centre to offer the best facilities and arts programming possible for our community. As a member, you become part of the grand adventure that has made ArtSpring renowned across Canada as an exemplary arts centre in a small community.
Membership entitles you to a say in the governance of the Island Arts Centre Society through the Annual General Meeting and through other consultative processes that arise from time to time.
While membership is not primarily intended to provide monetary benefits, we do periodically offer member-only events, member discounts on some events, and advance booking for ArtSpring Presents series sales.
Individual memberships cost $30 each and couple memberships are $50 each. Our membership year is from October 1- September 30. Memberships may be purchased or renewed by contacting the ArtSpring Box Office in person or by phone (250.537.2102), or by downloading and mailing the attached Membership Form.
Individual memberships can also be purchased or renewed online. Go to our online sales site and log on, then click on the Gift Certificate tab at the top of the page. Then use the down arrow beside the word “Type” to access the drop-down menu that will show you the Membership purchase option.
The support we receive from our members makes a big difference to ArtSpring’s ability to serve the artistic needs of our whole community.
