At first glance, I would describe my work as bright, colourful and playful. However, there is often a sarcastic darkness or sadness to the images, comparable to the adult humour in a children’s movie. This Lobby show is a sampler of some of my work and creative interests. Primarily in drawing, painting, collage and mixed media.

In 2016 I moved from East Vancouver to Salt Spring Island and shortly thereafter began working at Artspring as the maintenance manager. I am continuously intrigued and inspired by the talent and skill that move through the doors. Being around such talent has, in turn, encouraged me to become involved and share some of my work with the community. This is my first show on the Island with the intent for many more to come. I hope you enjoy.
