ArtSpring’s RoundTable committee is thrilled to be partnering with local filmmaker and artist Alan Bibby to present What These Eyes Have Seen – Witness to War
This multimedia event shines a spotlight on veterans with strong Salt Spring connections. As a follow-up to last year’s moving Remembrance Day portrait series, the display invites reflection on the personal cost of conflict and the enduring impact of wartime experiences.
Curated by documentary filmmaker and photographer Alan Bibby, the exhibition features new portraits, rare archival family photographs, and a compelling collection of historic artifacts and memorabilia contributed by local families and community members.

A unique night of remembrance featuring locally-produced documentary films alongside live music. Enjoy performances by Valdy and guest artists, offering a soulful tribute to those who’ve served and sacrificed.
