Internationally renowned author ethnobotanist, environmental activist and lecturer Wade Davis will make a rare appearance on Salt Spring to discuss his book- “Sacred Headwaters”- a call-to-action to save the headwaters of the Stikine, Nass, and Skeena rivers. Wade will also touch on his critically acclaimed new book “Into the Silence”. After his presentation, Wade will be joined on stage by fellow Massey lecturer Ronald Wright, who will lead off questions from the audience for Dr. Davis.”

Proceeds from ticket and book sales will benefit the Salt Spring Conservancy and the David Suzuki Foundation.
