Nine local artists in wildly different disciplines: a technologist, a painter, an animator, an actor, a sculptor, a designer, and more. Each has six minutes and twenty seconds (20 slides x 20 seconds each) to give a prepared presentation on something they’re passionate about. Experience some of the richness that this island’s art community has to offer, and spend the evening with a group of artists who want to break out of their silos and connect creatively with each other, and with the community. Creative Spring is a monthly support group for creative professionals. A chance for folks who share the all-to-often isolating experience of doing creative work to encourage each other and laugh together. Facilitated by Michael Bean & Michael Mann. The ArtSpring Roundtable Committee is a volunteer community-based group chaired by Lisa Black providing an opportunity for locals in the creative communities to contribute their voices to planning public programming at ArtSpring.
