Join Viva Chorale as they present an innovative concert program that reflects the realities that things aren’t always as they appear to be. Take the Spaghetti Western movie, filmed in Italy, using Italian crew and many cast members with Italian directors but made to look like the Midwest of America. The first half of the program features music from Italy. The Italian section includes, Madrigals, Monteverdi, Morricone, and Mambo à la Rosemary Clooney. The second half of the program is Western, Wily, Wild and Windy, of the four strong variety! Come check it out and you will be surprised by the interplay and connections between these two cultures. Prepare yourself to expect the unexpected; not all choir concerts are as they seem!
