How to set up an account on the ArtSpring Online Ticketing Site
If you haven’t bought tickets using our online ticket system before you’ll need to set up an account.
- Go to purchase.artspring.ca and click Login (top right of screen):
2. Click “Register Now” to create a new account.
Choose “Reset here” if you have previously purchased tickets through our box office (even if you have not purchased online before) to create online access to your account:
3. Complete the account information and select “Next”:
4. Complete the required address information:
Click Create account (bottom of the screen).
*NOTE: If you get a message saying that your email address cannot be used, it is likely that you already have a ticket account with that email address at the ArtSpring Box Office.
You can either choose to enter a different email address (if you have one), OR click the Login button again, then click Forgot My Password to be sent a password reset link.
