THEATRE Rental FAQ’S

What are your THEATRE rates?
You can view see ArtSpring’s current Theatre Rental Rates for off-island/corporate, local not-for-profit and youth here. 

What are available dates?
To check up-to-date availability contact ArtSpring’s event team: events@artspring.ca as soon as possible. ArtSpring books up to two years in advance.

How do I book?
Send an email to events@artspring.ca requesting your choice date. A team member will confirm availability. It is possible to hold your date based on “first refusal”. Note: a booking is considered confirmed when a contract is signed and deposit paid.

How much is a deposit?
Non-Salt Spring residents (Sched A renters) – $300/day
Salt Spring residents (Sched B renters) – $100/day
Organizations directly serving youth (Sched C renters) – $50/day

What’s included in my THEATRE Rental?
Technical
House system equipment: sound and lighting.
