Join ArtSpring’s Technical Director, Marv Coulthard, for this two-day lighting course on August 15th and 16th.

On August 15th from 1:30 – 6pm learn about basic lighting fixtures as well as how the lights work, and how to hang and take them down. Learn about theatre safety as well as theatre lighting for drama and music. Get some hands on lighting experience too!  On August 16th from 12 – 5pm, learn lighting for dance. Marv will teach participants many techniques to enhance this form of expression. Both days include hands on learning.

Marv Coulthard has 50 years of experience in film, television and theatre, and has worked at ArtSpring for the last fourteen years.
