The ARC Ensemble (Artists of The Royal Conservatory) has rapidly become one of Canada’s pre-eminent cultural ambassadors. Its members are senior faculty with distinguished individual careers. For its first tour of Western Canada the ARC Ensemble features Benjamin Bowman, violin; Stephen Dann, viola; Bryan Epperson cello; Joaquin Valdepeñas, clarinet and Simon Wynberg, the ensemble’s artistic director, guitar. The program features musical rarities by Paganini, Beethoven, Bernard Henrik Crusell, François de Fossa and a specially commissioned work for the ensemble by Benjamin Bowman.
