The Fabric of Friendship is an exhibit by the Stitch Dimension Quilt Guild, a small but enthusiastic group of islanders who share a love of creating with fabric. The show features a selection of prized quilts from the private collections of Stitch Dimension’s quilting friends. Guild members meet twice a month to learn from each other and invited guests, to sew and share their quilting achievements, to inspire and be inspired. The result? A stunning collection of unique quilts that range from simple to complex, from traditional to modern, and from purely practical to purely artistic.

Even though guild members frequently donate their quilts to worthy community causes, or give them to family and friends to celebrate special occasions, they also keep their own collection of favourites for personal use and enjoyment.
