The Foundation is excited to welcome the community to 40 Years of Giving – a 40th anniversary celebration highlighting the many impactful projects, volunteers, and donors that have come together to make Salt Spring a healthier and more caring community.

Join in celebrating over 1000 projects and $5.9M in funding and help shape the vision of the future, as the Foundation embarks on another 40+ years inspiring philanthropy and community health for the enduring benefit of those who make Salt Spring Island a healthy, nourishing and inclusive place to live.

40 Years of Giving will feature stories about evolving community health and resiliency, from a variety of community organizations, both recent and more seasoned groups, with Foundation support.
