The Salt Spring Forum presents Ron Deibert, the world’s leading expert on these matters for a discussion about cyberspace, security, and human rights. Ron Deibert directs both the Centre for Global Security Studies and the Citizen Lab at the University of Toronto. His latest book is Black Code: Inside the Battle for Cyberspace(McClelland & Stewart, 2013). Professor Deibert has also co-authored ground-breaking reports such as Tracking Ghostnet, which documented a cyber-espionage network spanning 103 countries.
