Gwynne Dyer – one of the world’s leading thinkers and writers on international affairs – joins the Salt Spring Forum for a discussion about the great challenges that humanity faces such as climate change, war, terrorism and disease.

For over twenty years, Dyer has worked as a freelance journalist, columnist, author, broadcaster, and lecturer. His column on international affairs – published twice weekly – runs in 175 newspapers in nearly four-dozen countries.

Dyer has also published many best-selling books. His most recent titles include Climate Wars (2009), Crawling from the Wreckage (2010), and Don’t Panic: ISIS, Terror and Today’s Middle East (2015).
