Edward Struzik, Canadian writer, photographer and fellow at the Institute for Energy & Environmental Policy at Queens University, links extreme forest fires like the one that devastated Ft McMurray in 2016 to the global climate emergency in his recent book WILDFIRE. The last two summers’ major fires in BC, unfortunately, confirm his analysis. A most timely topic for a Forum discussion in 2019.
