“Perspectives on a Planet” is presented by Bob MacDonald, host of CBC Radio’s award-winning weekly science program, Quirks & Quarks. Bob takes a look at Earth in its full planetary context, that is, compared to the other worlds around us. It turns out Earth is pretty special, the only planet we can live on without wearing a spacesuit. Then he will explore the challenges we face, which are difficult, but which he believes are not impossible.
