Salt Spring’s two exciting community bands present the fantastical musical journey “Land of Make Believe” on December 12th at 7:30 pm. The Salt Spring Concert Band under director Dawn Hage performs Orpheus in the Underworld, Holst’s Winter Suite and more. Swing Shift, under new director Derrick Milton, will fill the second half with swing, jazz, latin and holiday favourites. The bands unite for a thrilling finale: Land of Make Believe!
