Monster Theatre from Vancouver puts on a performance of Midsummer Night’s Dream adapted for children. Shakespeare must have a play written for the Duke’s wedding tomorrow morning! He doesn’t have any ideas. He needs your help! With the arrival of some kooky actors, puppets, and a lot of magic, Shakespeare’s play comes together right before your eyes. Love, fairies, friendship and confusion abound in this silly, dreamy musical comedy that’s fun for the whole family. Prior to the evening show, Monster Theatre will be working with Salt Spring’s elementary schools to lead drama workshops with the children of our community.
