All this week, two dancers, four musicians, choreographer Lori Hamar and composer Linda Bouchard are working at ArtSpring on a new collaborative work that will be premiered this Fall in Victoria. This is our latest creative residency project in which ArtSpring welcomes Canadian artists to use our facilities in the summer for new artistic projects.

We invite you to come along to the theatre this Thursday at 7:15 for a sampling of the music and dance that the artists have been working on and to have a discussion with them about the work and the process of its evolution.

Lori has prepared a short video about the project which you might want to preview. The video was prepared as part of her fundraising efforts, so don’t worry about the pitch for money at the end. The Thursday evening event is free!
