Johanna Hoskins – Blue Barn 2022

Tuesdays-Fridays, August 2-31 | 10am-1pm, and before theatre events.

It’s all about textures, colours, and shapes. Add in a variety of mediums, surfaces, and found objects – and then the fun begins. I usually start with a sheet of interesting, handmade, hand-dyed paper, or one of my “reject” prints, and let it speak to me. Sometimes it’s planned, and other times it’s spontaneous. I rely totally on my instincts to let the piece take me to where it wants to go, and I am happy with the end results.
