Helix Dance Theatre presents Perception in Motion at ArtSpring on April 18th. This will be Helix’s third visit to Salt Spring Island.

Helix is a pre-professional youth dance company based on central Vancouver Island. The company is made up of serious dancers from a variety of studios looking to move beyond the studio classroom and competitive level dance. Helix supports various professional dance artists via workshops and master classes. Using contemporary dance styling, Artistic Director Sarah DeVito and other exciting guest artists and choreographers have created a repertoire of work that showcases the talents of each and every member.

While visiting Salt Spring Island, Artistic Director Sarah DeVito will hold a movement workshop with the Salt Spring Academy dancers where they will be integrated into the start of the show.
