Directed by Sarah Panichelli-DeVito, Helix Dance Theatre presents, a Beautiful Soul Project, where pre-professional dancers have come together from numerous studios from mid Vancouver Island to collaborate on the idea that beauty isn’t about having a pretty face. It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart and most importantly a beautiful soul. The dancers rely on classical ballet technique, using contemporary, modern and stylized jazz to create unique choreographic works, showcasing the talents of gifted young dancers.
