GISS’s Second Story Theater presents The Canterbury Tales, a play adapted from the works of Geoffrey Chaucer. The piece begins at the beginning of time, or rather, some time after that, where seven wanderers of this world are brought together by their separate dreams. To keep the peace as they gather round the fire, a storytelling competition is held, where the audience is immersed in tales of sin and virtue that stitch together the common thread of humanity.
