The Gulf Islands School of Performing Arts (GISPA) proudly presents Pinocchio. Adapted from Carlo Collodi’s story of the same name, Pinocchio upholds GISPA’s signature fusion of music, dance, and theatre with a truthful telling of the once very ‘disneyfied’ tale. Featuring unique choreography, composition and ensemble acting — Pinocchio is not to be missed.

The talented GISPA students have collectively created, composed, choreographed and developed Pinocchio under the direction of Bruce Smith (music), Sonia Langer (dance) and Jason Donaldson (theatre). Join Pinocchio as he travels through forest and sea, meeting hilariously absurd characters and feathered friends, and reminds everyone how easy it is to get caught in your own strings.
