Young award-winning artists and recent graduates Kelsey Boorman, from Victoria, BC and Sara Moayed, from Tehran, Iran, come together to exhibit a collection of semi-surreal and large scale paintings. The girls met on their first day at Emily Carr University and obtained their bachelor degrees together. They hope this is the first of many shows together. Kelsey has also shown her work before on Salt Spring and is excited to return. The show will be open from August 2 to 14 in ArtSpring’s Multi-Use gallery. The opening reception takes place on August 2 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
