Salt Spring choristers and choral conductors have the chance of a lifetime to work with Grammy and Juno Award-winning chorus master Iwan Edwards during a two-day intensive choral conductor and singing workshop. Maestro Edwards has specialized in choral conducting for nearly five decades. He has founded and directed many choirs such as the 110-voice St. Lawrence choir and has worked with many conductors such as Kent Nagano. He directed the Chorus of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra for two decades and was also Chair of the Choral Department at McGill University.

Cost:
Conductors (9 am to 4:30 pm) – $25 per day (max. six conductors per day)
Choristers (2 pm to 9:30pm) – $15 per day
Please note: Friday – SATB, Saturday – SSA (Women’s voices)
