ArtSpring is so pleased that Jon Washburn, longtime Conductor and Artistic Director of the Vancouver Chamber Choir, will lead a choral workshop here at ArtSpring. This workshop is intended for all voices, full choirs, as well as individuals.

Well-known internationally for his mastery of choral technique and interpretation, Jon Washburn travels widely as guest conductor, lecturer, clinician and master teacher. He is also an active composer, arranger and editor and has had many compositions performed and recorded around the world. He is a Member of the Order of Canada (2001) and has received many awards and honours such as the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal (2012) for his contributions to Canadian choral art.

The Vancouver Chamber Choir performs at ArtSpring on February 14th at 2:30 pm.
