Please join family and friends for an open-house Celebration of Life for Richard Moses, a citizen of Saltspring Island, musician, writer, radio announcer on CFSI, and a former ArtSpring Board member and Front of House Volunteer. Richard passed away peacefully on February 6 in Victoria. The Celebration will take place in the ArtSpring Galleries, Sunday, March 19 from 2:30pm until 5:30pm.
