Join award-winning wildlife artist W. Allan Hancock as he shares his creative process in a week-long artist workshop. Beginning with an inspiring trek on a local trail, this five-day acrylic workshop will offer many insights into capturing the beauty of nature in art. Don’t miss this rare opportunity.

Learn board preparation and gessoing techniques. Practice composition sketching, drawing and roughing in painting, then paint alongside Hancock as he offers instruction. Finish with a complete piece and a small celebration.

Participants should bring their own brushes and acrylic paints – colours of their choice. Boards for painting are provided as is newsprint for drawing. Snacks & refreshments are also provided and participants should pack a daily lunch.
