19 Strings are a 4 piece Canadian eclectic new-grass-styled band raised here on Salt Spring Island, BC. Born from many a long night playing music around the kitchen table, the band features brothers William and Charles Acken, Kai Barrette – the brother from another mother — and vocalist Georgia Acken.
