Three times a year, 100MenWhoCare on Salt Spring Island give away $10,000+ to one of three nominated local charities.
Our formula is simple: 100+ men x $100 each = a big impact. And we do that in one hour.

(BTW, our sister organization, 100WomenWhoCare, does the same.)

There are no signup fees, no annual dues, no obligation to physically attend meetings, no overhead. We don’t chase our members for donations.
Simple – yes. Effective – also yes.

WHO ARE WE?
As local workers, business owners and dads, we care about our Island, and want to give back.
Maybe we’re not all wealthy, but we want to have an impact. Since 2019 we have given away more than $80,000.

IMPACT: Working together. 1 + 1 = 11. Or 100 x $100 = $10,000.

WHAT DO WE DO?
Three times a year, we meet for one hour to learn about great work being done by three nominated charities. Each has 5 minutes to tell us what they are doing and why they want our money.
By secret ballot, we vote for one, and that one gets a $100 donation from each member. And that donation is tax-deductible too. That equals $10,000+ for local projects. That is impact!

It’s really that simple.

And we can grow our impact. Please take a moment to consider who you know who might want to give back to our community in this humble but effective way. Let them know.
