Beatrice Rana Then and Now

Those of you who were fortunate enough to catch Beatrice Rana’s wonderful recital on Sept 26 may be interested in the link below to her performance at the San Marino Competition in 2004 at age 11. In this video she plays Schumann’s Abbegg Variations (with which she opened her ArtSpring concert) with a finesse and sensitivity similar to the performance we were privileged to hear nine years later.
