How to Buy Tickets for 11/12 Season

As many of you will have discovered, we introduced on-line ticketing in early 2011 to make it easier for you to buy tickets to individual events when our Box Office is closed. This is working well, but there are a couple of things you should know:

• The software is designed to offer you the best seats available at the time you log on. It does not have the capacity to let you see in detail what seats are still available in the whole theatre. If you have specific needs (like needing an aisle seat to accommodate an injured left leg, for example) it is best to contact the Box Office the old fashioned way for personal assistance.

• On-line ticketing is also designed primarily to sell tickets to individual shows. For subscription packages, creating your own series, or other more complex transactions, we ask that you talk to us in person. Computers are not very flexible for other than simple tasks.

How to Buy Tickets

1  A la Carte

Tickets for all programmes in this brochure go on sale on Monday, August 29. You can buy as few or as many as you like any time after this date.

Please note that all prices shown for individual shows are for adult tickets. Youth tickets (under 18) for all events are $5. Please note also that HST will be added to all prices shown in this brochure.

2  Make Your Own Meal

Starting August 29 we invite you to put together your own series subscription to any shows you like and save money.
•
You will receive a 15% discount on all tickets you buy at one time if you buy tickets to 6 or 7 or 8 different performances.
•
You will receive a 20% discount on all tickets you buy at one time if you buy tickets to 9 or more different performances.
There are 21 different events to choose from, so we are sure you will find this an attractive option.

3  Chef’s Special Fixed Menus

If you subscribed to any of the series listed below last year, we invite you to renew your subscription starting Monday, August 8. If you are an ArtSpring member and would like to purchase any of the series below to which you did not subscribe last year, you can do so starting Monday, August 22. As an added benefit, if you purchase any of these series and would like to add tickets to any of the other shows listed in this brochure at the same time, we will give you the same discount on those tickets as well.
